I was incredibly impressed with this hotel before even arriving. I called for a request and was promptly greeted with Mohammad, who was super pleasant, helpful and eager to assist. Upon arriving my experience only improved with a fast, efficient and friendly check in. We upgraded to the executive suite for a small cost and the room was spectacular: high ceilings, comfy beds, great amenities. The ONLY issue I had was that the pool is very small and you have to reserve a one hour time slot and cannot go whenever you want. Otherwise, I will definitely be going there again.

The hotel lobby was very uninviting. Poor signage throughout. Inconvenient parking (also poor signage in the parking garage). Pool amenities were on a sign up system for a specific time, and you were expected to walk to the front desk to key a wristband and a key. Then there was no actual “change room” just a few showers. The pool itself was small, and there was so much chlorine in the hot tub, my eyes were burning. Definitely overpriced for the quality of stay. Rooms were clean, decently constructed, but I would expect more from a new hotel.

Our shower drain wouldn’t drain. It seemed as if it was noticed as the plus was unscrewed. But it was inconsequential to the whole stay. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

There are restaurants which might be good but we had guests under 19 that could not go through the casino to access the restaurants. Bars were lacking atmosphere, brightly lit like a bus depot. We had 4 guests and 2 complimentary bottles of water and when we asked for 1 more we were told no! Definitely not a family friendly facility! This is a place to gamble... that's it!
