"My family and I booked this house for a few nights when we were in the area for a family reunion, and it was perfect. A nice and quiet area to go back to and relax at. The fire pit was a nice touch, and just being able to sit outside without having to listen to city noise made it very relaxing. "Beautiful property! Easy access. Nicely decorated and fully stocked with amenities. However, due to the awkward layout, we would have been much more comfortable with privacy window treatments in the front porch area. Also, the shower floor is EXTREMELY slippery. "This property has a lovely setting in the Finger Lakes. The place was large, comfortable, and well-stocked (dishware, linens, fire pit). Our aging family was able to gather and celebrate a reunion. A steep staircase was a small challenge for older family members and minor blip getting checked in early was easily resolved with a phone call. Overall, a great weekend."

"My wife and I loved our time in this hidden gem. The garden, feilds, and pool were an amazing oasis. The host was responsive and accomodating. The inside is so cozy, and the beds are amazing comfortable. Plus the location near Rochester gave us access to friends as well as things we wanted to do. Food options are minimal, and the kitchenette doesn't have plates or cups, but as long as you bring the food you want you're all set to go!"

"The house is great, bed comfy and love that it is across street from a fun Alpaca farm that we toured (and purchased a few early Christmas presents!). The owners left a light and the AC on so comfortable from the start! Also this is a good spot to use when touring around Canandaigua and Honeoye Falls. And sitting on deck saw a couple deer in the backyard’"
