"The furniture was old but in good condition. The room was clean but really needed un update in carpeting and drapery. The building also was in desperate need of a paint job. But the bed was comfortable."

"Me and my family stayed at Matt’s place for 2 nights. His place is amazing. It’s clean and beautiful. Everything we need to stay for 2 nights is available: cooking utensils, complete beddings, bathroom items, he even prepared the bonfire and canoe for us to use. I would definitely recommend his place. "

"Great place for a group stay, very accurate to listing, great location. Nice to have kayaks and canoes there to get out on the lake and fish. Bbq, Hot tub and sauna in good working condition. "I was very impressed with the setup and the decor of the apartment. It was very convenient to be steps away from the bridge and the main street. Was very grateful that it was pet-friendly. My dog was very comfortable. One thing I would recommend is to add a light in the walkway to the apartment. It was very uncomfortable to be alone walking between the two buildings in the dark. "
