"For my needs it was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was dated and a little worn, but it was very clean. The shower worked great. No issues with hot water. The beds were worn-out, but clean. I had no issues sleeping during the day, the room was well insulated. The a/c worked great."

"Seven of us stayed here for a wedding weekend. The bedrooms are all in one wing of the house with the kitchen /dining / family room at the other end so the layout works well for a large group! We enjoyed watching the horses and cattle from the spacious covered back patio. The patio has lots of comfy seating for all.
