Welcome to our charming and cozy 4-bedroom home, nestled in a prime location just 9 minutes from downtown and a leisurely 15-minute stroll from Allegheny General Hospital. Our spacious abode is designed to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing stay!

You can enjoy the best of both worlds - quick access to downtown attractions and a peaceful neighborhood setting. We are confident that you’ll find our home to be the perfect base for your city exploration!

The Space:
Our home, a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary toiletries provided.

The living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa and chair and has a large flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware, so you can prepare your own meals as you wish!

The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. You can also enjoy a leisurely stroll to the Fine View Overlook, where you can take in the breathtaking views of the city.

One bedroom is in the basement with a private ensuite bathroom; there are two bedrooms on the second floor. There is another bedroom on the third floor, which has a slanted ceiling. There is a large bathroom on the second floor which has a shower and a tub.

In addition to our home's comforts, the Fineview Overlook is a mere 2-minute walk from our doorstep. Here, you can take in breathtaking views of downtown Pittsburgh and create lasting memories.

Our home is also an 8-9 minutes drive or a 35 minutes walk to Acrisure Stadium (Heinz).

Getting Around:
You can get around using a car or Uber.

Street parking is available at this location.

* IMPORTANT NOTE * - We do have noise monitoring software in our home, which solely tracks noise levels to prevent large parties in our home. We have a strict no parties or events house rule.

Very nice place close to scenic overlook
Came out for a Steelers game with a mix of adults and teens. Found the house and the neighborhood perfect for us. ~8-10 min drive / Uber to the North Shore / stadiums and just a block or so away from the Fineview Overlook with awesome views of the city. Owner was very responsive, check in and check out were simple.

Nice Place
It's a nice place. The view from the Fineview overlook of Pittsburgh is great—just a block away. Half of us walked everywhere! The other half took Lyft. It's downhill towards the city, but there's a 350+ foot gain on the way back. An excellent cardio workout!
