Loved the location--off the main street but still available to the main street.Loved the staaff. Terence was at least a 10 in terms of aide, the individual at the breakfast counter was sweet and helpful and the shuttle bus person was polite and helpful. Thank you.

When I got to courtyard, they told me that my reservations had been canceled for some reason but when I looked on the Expedia app, they were still showing my rooms booked,. I was there from California because my son was graduating from Pittsburgh University, the woman at the front counter was very helpful and she was able to still get me my two rooms & She honored Expedia prices. All of staff there was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed, we were there for a whole week.

This hotel was clean, quiet and in a unique location. I would definitely stay here again. It was within walkable distance to Starbucks, coffee shops and other restaurants but very quiet with pretty views.
