"Plenty of parking. The Spa is really nice. The staff is really nice. The towels are stiff, if you can deal with that it’s good place to stay. The breakfast is good. The dining seemed to be short staffed or just slow. We had dinner a couple doors up the street. It was amazing. Overall we will stay there again. "

"Lovely hotel, good facilities and pleasant staff. Staff speak limited English, but enough to get things done. It’s a half board, but doesn’t include any drinks. On the first night we thought that the house wine was included as menu had no price. We then got a bill the next day, which was fine, but just bear in mind that drinks are not included - it wasn’t clear to us. Staff also don’t know the prices, on the following night we asked how much the wine costed, we were told 31 euros and it ended up...

"Great location and hotel! Amazing views from the balcony! Brand new spa with 4 saunas. Included in reservation summer cards were a great surprise and let us explored Pitztal. Breakfast needs to be improve not many options, specially for hot food. "

"This is a beautiful setting in the Alps! The hotel is lovely. The price included dinner and breakfast which can get quite pricey there, so was a saving. The only thing that was not clear was the hours of the spa and pool, so we missed them! That was quite sad for us. (Only from about 3:30-7 PM--apres ski) And if you don't have a man with you, you are in trouble with the shower---VERY hard to pull up to open. But an enjoyable stay. Would go back."
