"Property was nicely remodeled, bright and cheery. The kitchen was adequate, could have had a few more items to making cooking easier. The host was very receptive to making this happen. It was a close walk to the beach & parks. There were restaurants nearby or a short drive away. It was a perfect way to say goodbye to summer."

Nice set up-big backyard to enjoy the weather, off street parking, plenty of space for more than just the two of us. Upstairs bedrooms were a bit tight with the roof lines (getting into the bed from the angled roof side was tight), but comfortable beds. Very happy we found this place. "

"My family visited NYC and stayed at Nancy’s apartment. We found the entire experience very convenient and pleasant. The parking onsite was wonderfully convenient. Location was very close to the train to help us navigate to our activities over the course of our stay. The apartment was very clean and ample to fit our family of 5 and stocked to support us during the stay. "Maggy and Anibal have a fantastic rental! The attic apartment is adorable. It's probably the cleanest place I've stayed in my life, including hotels. It feels warm and inviting. Every item is folded and placed with care. I had more dishes and cooking utensils than I could ever need, including disposable plates! I even had some snacks provided. There are two TVs, one of which is in the bedroom, and the other being the biggest screen I've ever seen. It connects to your Netflix, Prime...whatever...
