At first glance driving up to annd even walking into the property it feels very luxurious and is very nice, however we did have some issues. Some of the outlets did not work, the blow dryer in the room did not work but those weren’t a huge deal. What really made it a poor experience was the fact that we did not receive service in the room at all for the entirety of our stay. Even after having left the room at 7 AM one day and having came back at 2 o’clock to notice there was no service placing a call to get services to request that there be service done, we came back at 10 PM only to find a room with no service. I called down to get service to complain and the only thing out of the associate was do you need any items? It was ridiculous was very disappointed

The property is beautiful and we had an incredible stay during our time in Dallas. I selected an upper level room hoping for a quieter stay and the one criticism I'd offer is that you can hear the dummies in their fast and furious knock offs, tearing down the freeway all night long. We were able to sleep every night without issues but the road noise was noticable and a bit surprising given the size and quality of the hotel.

It was everything it was supposed to be. Don’t walk to the McDonald’s and order food there during a conference. It gets crazy in there and I am from ny, so I am used to bizarre happenings. Stay here just eat inside hotel or use Uber eats. Stay cool dude!
