"Excellent experience. The hotel was clean and was run very efficiently. The pool and the food were more than adequate, and the location was also very convenient. And the buffet breakfast was sensational, totally worth the price if not included in the room. The feather in the cap was the staff. They all went above and beyond in every possible way. Special mention to Yael at the front desk, and also to the wonderful Michell and Joyce, who took great care of our food-allergic kids. 10/10"

"Amazing property completely as described. Literally about 10 metres from the beach. Everything you could possibly need in the property including buckets and spades, hosepipes for washing off sand, books including for children, games and Smart TV in case it rains. Feels like a real family home. Wonderful sunsets, quiet area and 5-10 minutes walk to a buses into Palma town and aquarium. The buses run frequently and only 2 Euro to get into town. 2 minutes walk to a supermarket and lots of good...

"Our stay at the Hotel has been great! On our second day there was an issue but it was handle with care understanding and tried to rectify our disappointment. The manager Sandro took control of the situation and our stay was amazing and would definitely recommend family and friends. Airport is literally 10mins away, and from the location to the food to the beach view from the pool, you can not fault this hotel. The area is nice and away from the busier El Arenal but only a 15-20min train ride away if you want that atmosphere Very happy and will be defiantly staying here again. "

"In an great position to walk to the harbour and shops, and a few minutes walk from the airport bus stop. The staff were very helpful, especially when we unexpectedly had to return for an extra night because our flight was cancelled.
