"This is lovely hotel and the staff was great. We had half board and the dinner options and food were fantastic. The breakfast was very good. The thermal spa is wonderful and the beach is good with great sandy bottom and easy to swim."

"The hotel was very nice and clean. You were able to walk nearby restaurants or small shops. Outside by the pool you basically had your own beach. The cleaning ladies were super nice and helpful with our wedding event as well."

"The room was lovely and bright with a great view. I didn’t find much to do around the hotel besides the beach, but it was pretty convenient to the highway so I could go and explore."

"The resort was lovely. There was unfortunately one front desk staff member who was rude all week to us and I feel she may be better suited for a position that does not interact with customers. The remainder of the front staff were very friendly and welcoming all week. I wish there would have been more of a variety of food options. There was only one restaurant open other than the buffet on any given night."

"Lovely room which was serviced every day. Sea view. Fabulous shower. Room had fridge which was handy for water, beer and wine! Great choices at breakfast buffet. Drinks good value if you're not all inclusive. Large pool with plenty of sunbeds. Luggage room and showers available if you have a later flight. "

"This is a beautiful Hotel located at the heart of Palma. Everything was exquisite! The facilities, the service was superb, the bed was very confortable and the room had a very nice view of the Ocean. Highly recommended. Note: Just look out for a crazy "neighbor" that will honk the horn of his tiny vehicle at you if you are in his "way". As soon as you arrive make sure someone at the reception takes your car away. "Missing a shelf in the bathroom, tiles and metal in bathroom looked dirty/rusty. The fridge made a lot of sound even after changing, the heating was weird, was there in November but compared to home that is warm and there was no fan, AC. Good things about it was that the reception was always pleasant and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet varied a little from day to day so you could try new things. Overall it was good, had what I needed for the most part."

"Great location and found the staff on reception and in general all week to be excellent and helpful - great that there are a couple of blocks and options in terms of pool areas and bars - only slight issue we found is lifts and waiting - because of the split between buildings and separate lifts for getting to beach and main pool, you often have to wait for multiple trips for lift whixh are also really small so if you have a baby and pram like we did you cant fit or share with others so often had...

"Wonderful holiday with impeccable service. Room is comfortable and air conditioning feels clean and fresh. Buffet breakfast has an egg station which we loved and dinner is a 3 course menu with good portions and thoughtful execution. Drinks are very well priced. Within short walking distance to the beach and slightly longer scenic walk to the cove. Highly recommended if you want a quiet holiday. Walk along the shops in the evening towards the other beaches on the left; there is good shopping which ends with a few places for drinks and getting some fresh air. "
