"The Hotel is spotlessly clean with every area inside and out cleaned by armies of cleaners/sweepers and gardeners every day. The hotel was recently refurbished in 2021 and so is very modern and fresh. The location is very central in Americas and so within a 10 minute walk you can reach all shops, restaurants, bars and the beaches. The hotel is geared for families with children with slides and a mini water park in the pool area and plenty of activities for them throughout the day. UP! is excellent! Adult only. Rooftop bar, pool and Jacuzzis with amazing views! Its also free food which is top class, free beer and cocktails unlimited all day!!!"

"This hotel is within easy access to all areas. Taxi and bus stop right outside hotel. Walking distance to all restaurants, bars and shopping. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms very spacious, the decor is very traditionally spanish and comfortable. We stayed eight nights and never heard a sound it was so very quiet. Will certainly return. "
