"This resort was beautiful. The architecture and the art work were amazing. The beach front was small and rocky which we didn’t enjoy and didn’t want to enter the ocean because of that. The food options were great. The problems we were having with the resort were the elevators weren’t working always. We had to walk quite far to have an elevator that was functioning. "I really like the property lobby and common areas. We used one time the kid playroom very convenient for families. However, the beach was very dirty the first two days we arrived. We ordered room service, great food, and friendly staff but we waited too long almost 40 minutes or more. We invited friends and they couldn't use the facility with us (pool) "

"Excelent value for the price. Beautiful beach setup with chairs, beds and umbrellas. Very nice staff, good food, family oriented. Hotel is a bit outdated but kept very clean. Everyone tries to be helpful even that most of the staff dont speak English. I enjoyed beeing surrounded by the Mexicen families with very well behaved kids. Outside of the hotel is kept neet and tidy around the pool. I was just a bit disapointed by the end. We needed late checkout and I was ready to pay 1000 mx pesos...

"I cannot say enough great things about this resort! We opted to stay here despite the rest of our family and friends staying at another resort for a destination wedding we all were attending and I am so glad I chose this resort! From the minute we arrived we had exceptional service and the rooms were amazing! The food choices were great and the staff was amazing! We felt welcomed and always were cared for with great service! I highly recommend this place for families looking to relax and also to have options for things to do. The concierge offered great options and we even found the horses on the beach an amazing last minute choice! "
