"We really enjoyed this apartment and found it filled our needs in almost every way. The location was outstanding (near freeways, near great north Oakland/Berkeley neighborhoods). The bedrooms and fold out bed – including the door and privacy curtains in the living room - made for 3 nicely functional bedrooms. The kitchen, laundry room, breakfast nook: all great. Only critique: reading lamps! This made the fold out bedroom especially awkward (thankfully I had my headlamp for reading in bed). But...

"This property was in a quiet neighborhood with a park across the street. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very homey feeling with 3 bedrooms, 2queen sized beds and a bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a closet to hang your clothes with a few hangers but no dressers so we used the hall closet shelves. Wash cloths are not provided but there are lots of hand towels in the laundry room. You will be sharing the property with another patron: you share the laundry room, ironing board, iron, and...

"This house is 10 min from OAK airport which made it a great location for us. The house is in a nice neighborhood and we loved being able to park in the garage. Communication with the host was very good and helpful. The house was clean and well kept "

"We rented this condominium which was very comfortable and clean. I was with three friends and we each had our own room, which was nice. There were three and a half bathrooms so lots of choices. And it was well equipped. The decorations were a bit bland, but fine. The only inconvenience was the parking lot under the building, which didn;t have an entrance to the unit, unlike some of the other units. So we had to go out the coded garage gate and drag our suitcases up to the condo. Also I did not...

"Easy to check in and check out. The bar area was adorable and really made it feel like vacation. Great backyard that’s shared with the renters upstairs. We actually ended up making friends with the visitors upstairs and hanging with them for a bit. Great part of oakland that’s quiet but close to a lot of fun spots if you want to explore. Super clean. Easy street parking. Communication with owner was great as well. Definitely recommend."

"This is a very nice large sunny clean house with tons of space, tons of sunlight, beautiful location and view. It had a fish pond, a chicken coop and a large redwood tree on property. Absolutely beautiful. The one challenge is a 200-300 hike uphill to the house. There is no Parking near the house and if you have anyone with difficulty walking uphill, don't stay there."
