"The house was fairly new and well kept. Loved it and will be staying here again when i visit. "

"First the positive..Prior to arriving we had some questions about check-in and the host Paul was very responsive. The temperature of the house was perfect on a hot day. Now the negatives: the house needs some serious upgrades, especially the deck, porch and kitchen The cleanliness was not good. It looked as if the bathroom hadn't been cleaned including hair all over the floor and mouse droppings. We also found mouse droppings in other areas of the house. Its also missing some of the basics like lights, nightstands, lamps in bedrooms, etc. I will say that when I messaged Paul about the cleanliness he responded right away and thanked me for making him aware."
