"Beautiful place"

"This hotel is located in a farm property could be much updated it says they have a swim up pool bar and wasnt even functioning the pool was full of dead mosquitos and flies they could have someone cleaning it at least twice a day the service was terrible we had to do everything on our own to reserved activities they couldn’t call from the front desk and ask what hours available the food was from days before hard bread and for lunch they had one plate that had gone bad already tasted spoiled they...

"Hotel antigo, precisa de reforma. Equipe e infraestrutura não preparada para a quantidade de hóspedes do final de semana. Faltou taça, prato, talher. Quarto precisa de reforma. 2 noites é uma manhã tomando banho frio. Roupa de banho e cama muito desgastada. Esperava mais pelos reviews que eu vi e pelas fotos."

"It is a comfortable hotel, nice people, in the heart of down town, but walking around at night is a bit danger, as it's on the other side of the "train" line. It will be very difficult to make breakfast if you use a wheelchair, because it has stairsall around!! Becareful if you want to pay in the accomodation, the Hotels.com will charge you in the day you book it! "

"I actually ended up across the road at the hotel adjacent to water park. ammenities were similar but geared to families...very basic accomodations and a bit dated. Food was good for an all inclusive....but definately brazilian centric. "
