"Rooms were clean and comfortable, check in smooth, breakfast good, but when you sell a property with parking and is really difficult to find. Then you walk through the empty "paid "parking . International visitors (couples) travel with 2 suitcases one luggage rack again, empty wardrobe maybe a folding one. Or one you could get from reception 😉 STILL we live in hope. Colin. "A beautiful hotel in a beautiful place. They have a fantastic free breakfast and shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at the parking garage. The room was very nice and we had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. My only complaint would be the firmness of the mattress and pillows, they certainly could me more plush and comfortable."

"Nice boutique hotel, with heping staff and a good breakfast service. The climatizacion was good. However the information is misleading. It is right by the loading docks, and you have a 10 min walk to the beach and restaurants following the road. The spa consists of a jacuzzi that could not gobin because Inwas told I had to reserve three hours in advance... The worse is that you can not park anywhere around the hotel without paying parking. The room is nice but not fuctional and racks for luggage...

"Hotel close to public and private beach. Neptun part of a bigger hotel-compleks. It was not clear to us how to find the reception which is in one of the other hotels. The hotel has lots of activities (whock we did not use). It's easy (and cheap) to use public transport for visit in Piran where there are lots of restaurants. Conclusion: Good hotel with balcony view to the see/Marina. Close to swimming area in the see."

"This is one of six hotels on the street - you don't which hotel you will be in until you arrive. Bad The AC in the rooms is poor - we changed rooms twice and the lowest it would go to (after many hours) was 24 deg C. Sweaty sleeping. No loungers at the beach (as advertised in the listing) unless you want to play a daily fee. Should be included for hotel guests. Ridiculous sign in (security) for indoor pools (each person must have their own room card and also sign out with it. Multi gendered...
