"Photos and description don't do it justice. What an absolute delight and beyond. Furnished like a show flat but it's the little detauls that really make this: the cotton buds/pads in the bathroom, cereals in the cupboard, milk and yoghurt in the fridge... But also the often overlooked items in reviews like the shower - great pressure and heat, towels were big, fluffy and robust, more than enough hangers in the wardrobe.... One of the best apartments I've ever stayed in "

"We spent a family Christmas here and weren’t disappointed. The property itself is large enough for 9-10 people comfortably, with lots of space. The village is wonderful, very quaint, with some superb country walks, but not too far from Dorchester or Yeovil.The only issues we had were with some of the mattresses in some rooms being too soft, but that’s down to personal preference.Overall, would highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter."

"We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean. "The cottage has all the facilities you might need, and the Welcome Box of goodies was a nice touch. The heating came on morning and evening and warmed the cottage very well. We didn't need to use the log fire. The Spar shop, located a minute's walk away, was very useful. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone thinking about a holiday to short break in Dorset. "

"Perfect venue for a cosy week catching up with friends, we had been looking for somewhere large enough for all 10 of us to get together, play board games and have a film night! This was perfect! The dining table accomodated us all, as did the sofa! We also did all our own cooking and found the kitchen to be well equiped, (far more so than some professional kitchens weve used!) Will definitely be keeping this saved for future catch ups!!"
