A magnificent double story house located within the exclusive Olive
Grove precinct.

Belleview Hunter's stunning views of the signature 8th Fairway,
stylish design and location will ensure that you will remember the
beautiful scenery as well as the house. The 5 bedrooms and 5.5
bathrooms can accommodate up to 10 guests plus it has an
additional beautiful nursery where even our most precious little
guests can experience a stylish getaway.

With a focus on relaxation and elegant entertaining paired with
astonishing golf course views, the house has comforting features
and designer furnishings. This includes a fully equipped chefs
kitchen along side an open-plan alfresco area and outdoor pool.

The house is perfect for gathering over a cheese board or grilling
away on the outdoor BBQ, pizza oven and kitchen area and will
ensure that all guest's have everything they need for a fabulous
time. This property is centrally located within The Vintage Estate
and next door to Bimbadgen Estate, which is renowned for its
concerts, weddings, dining and wine tasting. It s perfectly
positioned just 2km from award winning Region Cellars Doors.

You needn't travel far for an exceptional time either, with privileged
access to The Vintage Resort facilities during your stay at this
luxurious holiday house. Perhaps a dip in the lap pool, a competitive
game of tennis on one of two courts available or a quick energising
session in the gymnasium. Enjoy all the extras of a resort whilst
staying in the comfort of your private holiday home.
