"Was looking for a special place to celebrate a 55th birthday with family, girlfriends of family as well as best friends. Whilst lots of choice, this seemed to rock all the boxes, offering peace and quiet, sports facilities as well as top end accommodation. Interaction with the owners was first class all the way through before arriving, once arriving and meeting the owner, he was extremely helpful offering advice as well as answering any questions very quickly. "Hotel Kvarner is one of these old, turn-of-the-century hotels that put you in a time machine. Yet make no mistake, this hotel is remodeled and clean. It is somewhat luxurious, but not stuffy. And the people who work there are nice and helpful. I have to say, for the money probably a really, really good deal."
