"Third time we have stayed here. Very convienient, nice breakfast, friendly staff. The let down was Room 12 which has restricted head room which is a particular issue if you wake at night. Was not aware of this when booking though now ive looked at reviews, others have commented on the same issue. Will definately stay again, just not in that room."

"Everything about this holiday was lovely!! The house was in a beautiful location overlooking the sea and harbour. There were lots of lovely walks and all pubs and restaurants offered delicious food - the Blue Peter Inn was our favourite. The house was immaculately clean and the beds were all super comfortable. We barely ventured outside of Polperro during our stay!! All correspondence was answered promptly and Amanda was very helpful - she even sourced a vegan scone for our daughter which was...

"The cottage is in a stunning location and has great views of the harbour from the terrace and main bedrooms. There are plenty of bathrooms, and space for a large group to spread out. Unfortunately there were a number of minor maintenance issues which let the place down, and be aware that the arrival is stressful if you have a large car. Overall we had a great time"

"Location is perfect. Right on the water and just a couple of minutes to the pub! Good sized bedrooms and a decent shower too. Could have used some instructions on how the coffee machine works as I never figured that out! First world problems! Otherwise an absolutely fab stay. "

"The house is very near the harbour, which is good, but it’s a basement flat, so it’s pretty dark and you need the lights on all the time. Also, the ceilings are low and my 6ft tall husband kept forgetting and banging his head. You definitely need to book the luggage taxi as the designated car parking space is up a very steep, narrow hill. Well situated for walking the southwest coastal path."
