"Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised This hotel looked great in the Expedia photos, but upon arrival, it was a completely different story—false advertising at its finest. "The AC in our first room wasn't functioning properly. We were moved to another room and that was great. The staff were all fantastic, the pool was beautiful in a great location which felt like you were in the jungle. Breakfast was excellent. Other meals all very good and tasty. "
