"The information looked too good to be true ... but ... the house, the location, the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the owner were amazing. A fantastic stay in a beautiful area. There was so much to do and a lot of the time you do not need to drive,(always a plus when on holiday.) We all want to return. Will recommend it to everyone. The house was a home and little touches like fresh flowers on the kitchen table were an added bonus."

"Booked for family to stay while attending a function. I am really embarrassed to have arranged such terrible accommodation. Glass by the front door is cracked and damaged with the double glazing leaking. Skirting boards dirty and mouldy. Grout in bathrooms mouldy - have they been cleaned properly? Stains on carpets. Some carpets pulling away from skirting boards and stained black at the edges. One bed had a large stain down the side. Missing slats in venetian blinds. One window was jammed open. Wires hanging out the walls."
