"This is one of the best hotels Iā€™ve ever stayed in. Itā€™s right in the shopping area. Everything is in walking distance. Itā€™s very clean inside, all of the amenities made me feel as though I was at home. Modern apartment. The staff were really nice, specifically Jack. Parking was very convenient, I never actually needed my car as we walked everytwjere. I will always stay here whenever I come to Liverpool. I would highly recommend this place. "

"I booked this for a nights stay for my wife and 2 daughters. My wife said that they all had an amazing time. The rooms were very clean and modern. Comfy beds and pillows. The facilities in the room were brilliant too. It's right in the centre of Liverpool. Easily walkable to transport routes and the main shopping area of the city centre. There is also plenty of options to go for food within a few minutes walk too. We are planning to go back together soon"

"Excellent property. Good location. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Appreciated the extra touch in room for my wifeā€™s birthday. Quick lift between floors as we stayed on 14th floor looking out to the docks. Good buffet breakfast and was able to order extra poached eggs. Disappointed they didnā€™t have real HP sauce! Really disappointed with dinner and service. After placing dinner order of two courses to start with the next time we were attended to by staff was fifty minutes later to tell us...

"Great hotel in a fantastic location. Only slight negatives were that the king sized bed was two smaller beds pushed together and these did move apart and create a dip in the middle of the bed overnight. There is also some building work ongoing in the area so there was a drilling noise at times."

The only downside was the horrible smell when you enter the hotel, I expect this is due to the age of the property but it is a real shame as it is very off putting.
