Centrally located which is why we chose. $40 valet only parking stinks, although the same deck for the public is $60- go figure. Our room was decent but the bathroom is pretty sad- the shower emulates the scream from psycho when its running and there is mold/mildew in the tile grout. Not a bad stay if you dont need to shower.. also, breakfast isnt included ($14 each adult with kids free) so you may as well ecplore local dining options.

What a great customer focused facility! They had great rates, valet were helpful and friendly, the front desk helped make copies and were so helpful! I could walk to my appointment. They are dog friendly and treat everyone like a regular guest. Nice work service staff—keep it up!

The staff at the front desk during check-out lacked the knowledge needed to efficiently get people processed quickly. The overall hotel was excellent, but overpriced for what you get. No complimentary water in the room.

I was really pleased with this Hyatt Hotel. I was greated with warmth, the lobby, gym area and room were in great condition (newly remodeled rooms). It was very close to all the restaurants and shops I wanted to visit. A great stay!
