There is a very long online check in process where they request all your documents to be scanned and uploaded, including a selfie. This is supposed to be used for facial recognition to access the building and common areas such as the pool and gym. However the selfies never worked and we only got in the building because the doormen would check our names and open the door every time. We were never able to access the amenities. There is no person from Charlie to assist you. Any questions or concerns need to be through a WhatsApp number which is answered by a bot. When I finally reached a real person, she didn’t solve our problem and stopped responding. Thankfully it was just for 2 nights. Not going back despite the good apartment and loving the location.
