This hotel is in a great location, the personnel is terrific, the rooms comfortable, have a great garage at affordable price i a areas that other hotels don't . I did not give it a strait 5 because I think it needs a renovation, everything is clean and works but it is showing its age.

Like many cities in Europe, the "old" areas are a bit dirtier and there is a lot of graffiti. The streets are narrow and uneven so walking is a challenge.

Average quality for the price they charge. Extremely dysfunctional front desk. Very late in cleaning the room. Breakfast is good but on the pricey side, same as parking. Best was the bar service with both Diego and Jasmine being exceptional.

The front desk staff is often overwhelmed, confused, and unable to resolve basic issues. Room cleaning is always late and hurried. Bar service is great with Diego and Jasmine doing a great job and super friendly. Restaurant is open only for breakfast. Management should correct the areas of deficiencies in order to turn this small hotel into a good one.

This is Not a 4 star hotel. Sorry to say but this hotel is a disappointment. The only things that keep the standard is the breakfast wich was good. No coffe in the room, no bathrobes. We stayed at Eurostars Das Artes as a family and really enjoyed our experience. The hotel, from lobby to the room, is clean, has elevators every step of the way, and we were welcomed by pasteis de nata and infused water when we checked in. Perhaps the most welcoming, however, was the concierge who checked us in, Catarina. She was very approachable and friendly, and gave us great recommendations for sights to see and places to eat - check-in was such a smooth process with her. This branch of Eurostars is a bit further from the centre of Old Town but still easily walkable and in a nice area. Note that the minipreco grocery store nearby might be closed, as we never saw it open, even during normal opening hours! There is still a minipreco express about 6 min walk away though. Overall, this was our favourite hotel to stay at in Portugal and we would stay again and recommend!

Great location but the worst Eurostars property I have stayed yet. Room representation on Expedia was wrong. Triple room said one double bed or three twin beds. We found the third bed to be a rollaway with the most uncomfortable mattress. I would have booked a separate room had I known. Expedia customer service was unhelpful and said I had to resolve with property. Girl at front seat was clueless and there was no supervisor or manager on site. Rooms were shabby. Shower gel empty. Neither reception or room service answers the phone. I went down to ask and they sent shampoo instead. Did not receive the free bottle of wine in any of the 4 rooms I booked. Wi-Fi does not work well in most of the rooms. One girl at the front desk and took thirty minutes to check in. No supervisor or manager available in the morning or evening to resolve issues. We were out on tours 8 am to 5 pm. Entry way small and we have to carry luggage up the stairs at the entrance. I only booked this hotel because of prior fantastic experience at Eurostar hotels in other cities. This was a disaster and I would not recommend it. Expedia also needs to fix the room description . They need to verify property description . Except location, nothing about this hotel was good. This is the only time in my multiple travels that I had to give a one star review

Bom custo benefício
Apesar de a rua do hotel ser meio escura à noite, ele fica bem localizado, possibilitando conhecer boa parte da cidade a pé. Há vários mercados e restaurantes por perto. O estacionamento fica no subsolo do hotel e para entrar é necessário tocar a campainha. No período em que nos hospedamos (novembro) ele foi gratuito.
