"Property was very clean on arrival. Exactly as you see it on pictures. Pool was clean and ready to use. Our 5 year old really loved it. Very quite area very close to main road. Klemen is very professional and helpful host. You can tell he cares about his guests . Highly recommend."

"The property was as described, we had a good stay as two families, there is quite a lot to do in the area. The roads near by could get congested, hopefully this will be less so when Croatia joins Schengen. The restaurant at the junction of the main road, within easy walking distance is great, defiantly recommended. The living room is quite compact and there is very little worktop surface in the kitchen area, but a good large table. Great to have 2 large fridges. We enjoyed the pool, it was very...

" Beautiful hotel, all rooms are facing the coast. Swimming pool with warm sea water is excellent. Parking is little bit outside of the hotel and might not have enough space. Walking distance to both Portoroz and Piran. The only complaint is no air conditioning in October. It is still warm during the day. Open windows work at night. "

"I love this place. I’ve stayed a few times and I’ll probably return. The staff, food and location are amazing!! There was however a persistent smell resembling backed up sewer. "Il personale è alla teception e ristorante meraviglioso, tutti si sono presi cura di noi, gentilissimi davvero e competenti. Purtroppo per andare sul lungo mare bisogna fare tanti scalini, altrimenti non c'è nulla intorno all'hotel. Anche il parcheggio è su una discesa ripida. La stanza molto comoda, asciugamani puliti ogni giorno ma il pavimento non è mai stato pulito in 4 giorni. "

Very clean Nice views over the salt flats and (a bit more distant) the sea, if you book a sea view room About 10 minutes out of Piran Great breakfast, they even had English tea and Earl Grey tea, the first hotel in a week to have those. Light, airy, spacious and colourful. Friendly and helpful staff - made eggs to order. "

"Be careful where you park. Directions are not in English. I parked in a lot, received an 80 euros fine and still had to pay for the time spent in the lot. Had I known ot was restrictive parking there, I would not have parked there. Hauling luggage from the parking area is a chore"
