Perseus Terrace is nestled in the middle of a private gated complex opposite the Famous Gunwharf Quays shopping centre which was built in 2001.

Number 7 is one of 14 private townhomes in amongst 390 high-end luxury Apartments.

The home has four bedrooms and comfortably sleeps a minimum of six people.

From the front entrance, you walk into a very open and bright south-facing living area which comprises of a large kitchen with a 12-foot white corian kitchen worktop which encompasses a breakfast bar for six people and a floor-to-ceiling cupboard space housing all Miele and Bosch appliances and coffee facilities.
There is a separate dining table which can accommodate six which is merged into a living area with light oak Amtico flooring throughout with leather antique Chesterfield sofas leading onto five bifold doors which open right up onto the 50-foot garden area.

The stairs take you to the 1st-floor, which houses the master bedroom again, which is self-facing and has;
a super queen bed
Bedside cabinets,
A cossy fireplace,
A dressing table and chair,
Chester drawers and hanging space.

Stairs lead you to the second floor which houses a further three bedrooms one of which has an ensuite bathroom equipped with a modern shower cubical, toilet and sink/sink unit.

Floor 2 is also where the main bathroom is located which has a bath, with a shower head, a toilet and a sink/sink unit and towel rail.

There are two private driveway parking spaces and the house also has its own integral garage with an electric door, which is big enough for one car. This area also houses the washing facilities, Bosch washing and drying and sink area.

The estate is actually built in the former HMS dockyard and still houses, a lot of historic buildings, monuments and artefacts. The artillery building is located right opposite Perseus Terrace as you can see in the pictures.

The complex has 24 seven security on the front gate and can only be accessed via a private gated entrance, which only residents have access to

A very short walk over the canal takes you into the Gunwharf Quays shopping area where all of the pubs, restaurants and high-end shopping facilities are located.

200 yards past the shopping centre is access to the main Portsmouth Harbour train station, taxi rank and coach station where you can conveniently take the train into the centre of London in one hour and 36 minutes.

Number seven is also a stone's throw from old Portsmouth and the seafront again where the Portsmouth historic monuments and museums are based.
