"We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The location is right in the heart of the city, on the beautiful Avenida. You can't find a more convenient location. Easy access to (paid) parking across the street. The unit was as described with an amazing view of the city from the enclosed balcony. A/C is not the best - we found it best to just open the windows and let the coast breeze cool the unit off, but that was fully disclosed by the owner. "My experience was good, the property has a average size but for the price its charge it should have a bit of more comfort, it should have better mattresses. Very hard and uncomfortable, missing like a kettle, the rest was good!! cleanliness excellente, bed sheet very clean i was quite impressed. Excellente location, and owner of the house was lovely all the time, very caring and attentive."

"We stayed here for a week in July and the apartment ,facilities and location were perfect. The view from the appt was incredible. The complex has 2 pools ( 1x large & 1 baby pool) but also has a gym ( which we used) , co- working and meeting rooms which look out to the pool, so you could do some work while watching the kids , if you wanted to (we didn’t!) .The appt manager , Sonia, was very helpful. The beach is a 5 min walk. All in all a great holiday and would highly recommend."

"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. "Great place to stay in Albufeira. Just as advertised. Lots of room, great patio to relax on in mornings and evenings. Comfortable bed, and good water pressure for showers. It’s on a hill and you need to walk up (about 10 min walk) from either marina or old town….we are retired and in our mid 60’s and it was ok for us. Property manager, Katalan, was excellent to deal with….she had lots of useful suggestions for us. We would recommend."
