"I'm a plane Spotter, so it was ideal for me, 30 minutes walk from Madeira airport, views over looking the airport, there is no heating or air conditioning in the bungalow, it's well equipped quite spacious, new like condition, considering how close it was to the runway aircraft noise wasn't much of a problem, not really any flights 9pm until 6 or 7am, From Neil "

"Location was great, easy walk to many places and close to Metro. Beautiful accommodations that were updated and newly renovated. To other Americans, as with most places in Europe be aware there is a clothes washer but not dryer."

"This house is beautiful! The house was depicted exactly as the listing. It was a very large and well stocked kitchen with all the pots/pans etc you need. The garden was beautiful as well with a beautiful pool and lovely outdoor furniture to enjoy. Beds were very comfortable and home was very clean. The only thing was concerned about with the house was the beautiful staircase as I have a 3 years old and an 8 year old. The railing has large gaps so please be mindful if you have small children....

"We had a wonderful two week family holiday at this lovely property. The owners made it very special, really kind and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Rosa bringing homemade bread and jam twice during our stay and also baking a delicious cake. The pool is wonderful and we had lots of fun in the games room playing pool and foosball. "Loved Bloom Cottage, stylish and very spacious with a very well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting room with view over plunge pool and rocks rising up into surrounding woodland. Peaceful location but hilly! Note it’s not a walk but a steep hike to Pena Palace, allow an additional 20 minutes from the entrance of the Palace if pre booked a timed ticket. Well worth the effort and downhill home!"
