"Close to the beach with a nice patio. Syd was very nice and helpful. I found it a little difficult to check in because there is a locked gate out front that you can’t get through unless someone is there to let you in. "

"This was my second time staying at the hotel. We were to stay 3 nights, however our flight from S. Filipe was cancelled therefore we missed or first night, we requested a refund of the first night since flight cancellation was no fault of ours, however it wasn’t honored, was disappointed with that, however, the stay was nice, staff were friendly and eager to help out. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Lunch was superb. "

"Staff was very friendly! Spent 8 days here on our honeymoon and would recommend to anyone. Nothing bad at all. The room was not sound proof so you could hear other guests come and go but after all, it is a hotel, LOL!"

"The hotel is in a wonderful location. It was difficult for me to find however because it’s advertised as Boutique Hotel Santa Praia and the name is Posada Santa Praia. Why don’t they just use the name on the hotel? The bed was comfortable and shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off and the wifi didn’t work in my room."

"We did not sleep at this property the key did not work properly in the door. The neighborhood was unsafe. Did not look at all like pictures. The breakfast, the rooftop shown in pics and descriptions….was a block away at Hotel Santiago. We left messages at front desk of Hotel where we stayed for 1 night and payed out of pocket. Still have no reimbursement for other accommodations we did not use."

"The property was clean, felt safe, near by restaurant’s, Plaza, marketplace. Easy to walk around."
