One of the property managers called me and was very warm in welcoming us to the property and walking me through the check in process. He even called to tell us we could check in 3 hours early! All in all, our family enjoyed the stay and were able to celebrate mom in a beautiful home."

"We rented the space because of the outside area with pool. Upon arrival there were chip bags in the yard, empty water bottles, the exterior seating area was covered in mildew and bird poop and the pool was not usable. The water was extremely cloudy (could not see the bottom of the pool) and there was debris everywhere. I would have been happy to dip out the debris and even scrub the outdoor furniture, but we would not have been able to swim in the pool, which is why we left the next morning...

"Check in was a breeze although the door lock is a little frustrating. The home is spacious but needs a good deep cleaning. We found crackers behind doors, under the nightstand and used q-tips on the floor in the bathroom. Upon arrival we noticed that there was not power in one of the guest rooms, the management company sent someone out but he could not resolve the issue. We were told that an electrician would be out the next day to take care of it. The next day I reached out to management to see...
