Open plan living room that contains the lounge and the dining area. There is a spacious comfortable sofa bed and chair for relaxing in front of the Smart-TV. There are french doors that lead out into the garden, that is stunning on a summers day. There is a door to under stairs storage.
The kitchen has everything that you need to cook and clean. There are plenty of cooking trays, pans, dining sets and cutlery. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The master bedroom has a double bed, lots of storage for your belonging and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has two single beds, that you can push together if you want.
The third bedroom has a single bed.
There is a family bathroom, with a bath, over-bath shower, toilet and sink.
The garden has a flagged patio area and a grassed area.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole apartment during your stay.
We will provide a check-in code for the key-safe on the day of check-in if you've signed our terms and conditions, provided your photo id and if required paid the security deposit.
The Neighborhood:
The property is situated in a quiet residential area of Preston. There are plenty of restaurants, takeaways, pubs and other entertainment venues in the local area.
You are not far from the docks which has a Morrisons supermarket, B&M, cinema, McDonalds, KFC, Starbucks and more.
Getting Around:
The property is a short journey from the M55 and M6 motorways.
There are several bus stops near to the property, we recommend use Google Maps to locate the relevant bus stop to go to the location you want.
Preston Station is a short bus/taxi ride away and is in the town centre.

Interaction with Guests:
We will not be on site, however, if the online guest book cannot answer your question, you can message us. If there is an emergency you will have access to our 24/7 emergency number. Remote check-in via a smart lock box, there is a Ring doorbell to monitor the number of guests checking into the property.
