"I was pleasantly surprised by the facility. The living reef was a very convenient option for kids and adults to experience. Weather wasn't the best but staff made opportunities for activities. Food and service at Salti restaurant was very good. Buffet breakfast was unfortunately quite disappointing with limited options and quality of the food compared to the star rating of the facility. Coffee cups were heavily stained with coffee despite raising this issue with management 3 days in a row....

"Our stay here was incredible. Romantic and relaxing. This place offers a little slice of paradise to unwind in. The location is secluded and spectacular. (Note you do need to book a transfer from Hamilton Island Airport, either two boats or via a 5 min helicopter flight - which is a lovely way to see the islands!) The staff are all fantastic, a big thank you to Alice and the entire team. They are caring, attentive (no request was too hard) whilst ensuring you also have your space. "

"I can’t believe how beautiful this place is ! Best resort in Hamilton island. Everything is accessible. Free shuttles to take you anywhere you want all you need is to call and they pick you put and drop you off anywhere. The staff are amazing, honestly so lovely and their service couldn’t fault.
