"No air conditioning in the bedrooms only the living area. Toilet floor needs a really good scrub as smells like a men’s urinal. We had a 6 night stay and only had 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher & 2 dish liquid sachets. No spray to clean the bench down. Apartment was very spacious, comfortable lounge chairs and very comfortable beds. Loved the local Curlews hanging around outside. "

"Oasis 11 is on the Marina side and you can walk to the Marina to all the eateries. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely view but does need updating as the decor is tired and some of the cupboards/chairs were loose or broken. It comes with a buggy which is handy and kids U12 eat free at some restaurants. Overall, it felt more like a home and was comfortable. Another relaxing and enjoyable stay at Hamilton Island."

"The property had some flaws. Cons Hard to access property due to steep incline. No lighting in bed room except for lamps No fan control in bedroom. Curtains wouldn’t close in the bed room Sliding door hard to open Mould in the shower Pros: Great view Clean room Quiet surrounds Close to shops and restaurants Felt safe and secure Friendly cockatoos "

"Lovely apartment with a great view BUT right over top of a very popular, noisy bar. Unless you’re hard of hearing or want to join in the party below, be prepared for lots of loud talking between happy hour and closing time. The pool is right in front of the bar, so no privacy during that time."
