"The staff were all very helpful and polite. The rooms are very basic and old but we're clean. I went with my mum, her room and a refrigerator but my room didn't, my room had a hairdryer her room didn't. The TV is a good size but only had a few English channels. Tea and coffee making facilities but no decaf but excellent biscuits. We didn't have dinner in the restaurant but did have breakfast twice, it is a bit over priced and it was the same both days. " Beautiful, clean property with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and a lovely bath with deep tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Rotterdam. "Very nice property located close to city centre, water taxis, public transport and cruise port. Comfortable beds, clean with bathroom on steroids (waterfront room) with Sauna and jacuzzi bath. Little counter space however. Great views from waterfront room but higher floor recommended. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff pleasant. Price was reasonable."
