Bathroom very dirty for disabled‘s room the bathroom needs a deep clean.the plug sockets unusable to use as hidden underneath the bedside cabinet for a disabled person I could not get to it to plug my phone in so I had it close to me in the night. window black out curtains that are too small leaving a halo of light around the window this is the bath seat and shower rail filthy. Also shower head was awful wayer was terrible spraying all over the place needs a new shower head after travelling over 5 hours and arriving wanted to get a shower before bed and this is what the bathroom was like. I had to get the lady from reception to come and try get the rail down it took 2 members of staff to sort it out but as you see from the photos it’s very Unclean for an accessible disabled room being asthmatic I felt it was very dirty

As soon as I walked into the reception, I was greeted to a warm welcome..all of the staff were very kind and friendly..too me they went above and beyond..they made me feel like a super star! I recommend them unreservedly and I look forward to staying there in the not to distant future. Thank you so much Ms Sarah Pullinger.
