This 5-bedroom main house is 7,300 sq ft of classic Barbadian design. It comprises pockets of privacy, all linked together by gorgeous open-air Tuscan galleries. The heart of the villa is the magnificent great room with gleaming alabaster walls, vintage furniture, and gorgeous arched French doors with plantation shutters, all crowned by a hand-painted cathedral-like ceiling. A formal dining area seats ten around a handsome table that looks across ocean views. A cozy alcove is filled with deeply cushioned loveseats, a TV, and a selection of media to enjoy.
A separate kitchen is a chef’s dream, with state-of-the-art appliances, granite countertops, tumbled marble backsplashes, and custom Guatambu hardwood cabinets from Argentina.
The property also has a floodlit tennis court, a viewing pavilion, and an outdoor squash court.
The Property is available for rental as an 8-bedroom entire estate or separately as a 5-bedroom Beach Front Villa and 3-bedroom Beach View Villa.
When sold separately, the property maintains privacy for both parties and private beach space, the only shared amenity being the tennis courts.

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing, which have put this cost at an all-time high.
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $75.00/day (seventy-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
