We arrived very early and planned to just put our belongings behind the counter while we did a day trip but they let us into our room! Also, they saw it was my birthday on my passport and delivered a surprise cake to our room! It was close to city center and we were able to watch a local festival. I would recommend!"

The rooms are a bit outdated but clean and have whats needed. There is an elevator which is nice. Breakfast was good. And they let us stay in our room a bit later as our pickup from Peru Hop was 3 hours late. "

"The island is beautiful and so is the rental lodge. Huge windows with seating out on a deck where you can enjoy a full view of the lake and mountains. It’s very quiet there and although you can only get there by boat, they are very timely with picking you up and dropping you off. Communication beforehand was very good and they were responsive. We stayed here in the spring and at night it hit 31 degrees F and we had no heat. They did make our bed up with several layers of incredibly warm bedding...
