"Great service and excellent spoken English by Thomas at the front desk during our late check in. Hotel is beautiful and not your typical chain hotel decor, which was a refreshing change. Small kids play area in the lobby area, where one can enjoy tea as well. Convenience stores, Burger King and multiple dining options right at the doorstep. Take note that the hotel does not have a car front porch, you have to alight by the road and pull your luggage in about 30m (1-2 min walk). I did not really...

"An old hotel close to Pudong airport. You have to call to request a free airport shuttle. Hotel staff does not respond via Hotels.com chat. Ok breakfast but dining room does not have a great setup. Nice bed and bathroom."
