"The house is older but nice in a great location"

"We were pleasantly surprised to find that the cottage was located in a private, fenced in space. Parking in a lot was a perk, especially so close to downtown. The apartment itself was basic, with plenty of room. It was perfect for my dog. The owner was communicative, neighbors were quiet, and overall the property felt very safe. "

"A really lovely part of the Springs in a very nice neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle but still very close to all of the attractions - Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods etc. The home is large and modern and nicely decorated. All in all, great value for money and the perfect place for a Springs getaway. "

"This property is just as great as you think it is. Plenty of space, fun activities, easy access to groceries, gas, and shopping, this place has it all! We could be pretty much anywhere around the area in 45 minutes or less. Even though it's on the east side of town, we could still see the Rockies from our bedroom window. We would definitely stay there, or at another of Jake & Ty's properties, again."
