"This is such a lovely place to stay in Loreto. Beautifully decorated with authentic Mexican touches and thoughtful design. You feel like you are in an old pension, but with all modern conveniences. "The property was clean and quiet. The staff, especially the Concierge Ester, were all very helpful. We mistakenly left something in the room when we checked out, and when we realized it and returned to the hotel the maid was bringing the item to the front desk. We were so relieved! It was an easy walk to the plaza and the malecon. Highly recommend this property."

"Clean room (for the most part), spacious, comfortable beds, good and safe location. The shower was spacious and with plenty of hot water. Will be going back and definitely recommend. Had a mini fridge and coffee maker. Toiletries were supplied. Nice pool with hot tub. Elevators for easy access to top floors. The only thing is I wish they would sweep UNDER the beds because it was super dirty under there. "
