"The elevators are miserable and ridiculously hot with no AC. Super common in most of the hotels in Puerto Penasco. The property itself is adorable and has a wonderful restaurant attached to it with excellent service. The rooms are amazing and amenities are plentiful. The only complaint I have is that it is very hard to get to your room and they don’t assist with checkout so you have to go hunt someone down to help you. Everything else was excellent"

"We stayed at this property and tried to communicate with the property management several times with no response. The room was in poor condition. The door appeared to be kicked in tiles were missing. There was broken glass in the room when we checked in. Was definitely not worth the money that we paid as it was equivalent to a Holiday Inn in America."
