"We went there with an extended group and it was an amazing trip. Location is amazing; for some reason it looks we are far from beach but we weren't. The property is awesome and there are 2 awesome restaurants on property. Mark was awesome, kept on checking on us to make sure we are good and comfortable. We would love to visit Rocky point again and with Mark!"

"Really lovely condo with a great layout and spectacular view of the ocean. Palapa, pool and hot tub just outside the door. We met numerous nice neighbors, enjoyed the close (but not too close) proximity to Manny's beach club and restaurant. Wonderful place to bring kids..tide pools to explore and lots a pelicans to watch but great for all ages. Would definitely go back!"

"Nicely equipped some items were a little old, the blender was cracked, but honestly it had everything we needed for a nice relaxing getaway!! Loved having access to a washer and dryer. Loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening enjoying the music."

When I tried reaching out to the host she was unresponsive, called Vrbo customer service and they too tried to contact the host and she didn’t respond to them either. We were left with no where to go on a family vacation. TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL HOST"
