The facilities were beautiful, could be a better upkeep, i noticed tiles missing on the pool the bridges that go over the pool could use better lighting, and better upkeep very sloppy with painting and stain on the bridges, and other places.The staff was ok some were very nice, but most of them you could tell they don't like their job. I wood rate the staff overall 2 out of 5 stars. The food not good i would rate a 1 out of 5 stars. The beach was the best beach of all the resorts, very nice. The shows in the theater were very nice. If i come back it would be for the pool area and the beach.

Llegamos a la recepcion y nos preguntaron si nos daban un upgrade al Majestic Mirage que el top de ellos y la experiencia fue muy agradable nos encanto el servicio fueron unas vacaciones inolvidables.
