"A Wonderful Stay at Bali Beach Hotel My daughter and I stayed at Bali Beach Hotel for five nights just before Christmas, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely lovely. Our room was stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every comfort you could imagine. The hotel staff were exceptional—attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect. Every detail, from the room service to the dining experiences in the restaurant, exceeded our expectations. We made the most of the hotel’s amenities, enjoying the gorgeous pool, the well-equipped gym, and even taking advantage of the bikes available for guests. Every morning, our room was cleaned impeccably, with all essentials topped up. It was such a treat to return to a refreshed space each day. Unfortunately, I became unwell during our stay. The reception staff were incredibly caring, arranging for a doctor to visit my room promptly. To my surprise, they even sent up a complimentary fruit platter and a fresh coconut, which was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. Despite not feeling my best for part of the trip, I felt so well looked after that I was still able to relax and enjoy the serene atmosphere of the hotel. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. This was a holiday to remember, and I would not hesitate to return. "Absolutely beautiful property with huge lush gardens, nicely appointed rooms, very quiet and hospitable. Staff is smiling, polite, always ready to assist and very efficient.. the hotel and its sister hotel Andaz have fantastic food to offer from Indonesian (Omang Omang which also hosted the delicious and huge buffet breakfast) to Italian ( pizzaria) to fresh seafood (The fisherman’s club @ Andaz). NYE event was a blast. Can’t name all the staff individually but they all participated to make our stay memorable..we however need to mention Eka a great spa therapist!"
