"As soon as I got there the staff immediately started helping, they helped with luggage, opened the doors, guided me where to go. They led me to check in which is on the 51st floor. Gave me my room card and there was a water station there so I got some. Headed to my room and it was enormous. Beautiful views, everything was clean, amazing bathroom and had a separate room for my luggage. A few minutes later and the staff brought my bags to my room. Breakfast here is wonderful. Most of the tables have a fantastic view of the city. The food selection was great and you can have breakfast up to 11am. I recommend getting there before 10:30 because that’s when they start to clean up. The bar was amazing and affordable, very friendly guest and had no issues talking in English. There’s lots of foreigners there so you’ll have no trouble talking.!If there’s a problem they always try to accommodate you. The swimming pool is fantastic with enough room. The chairs they had at the pool are comfortable and spacious. The hot tubs are in the locker room, separate for men and women. The sauna is a good size and was perfect. They close the pool at 10pm but even at the later hours there’s still people enjoying themselves. There’s a good sized plaza near the hotel that’s only 8 minutes away walking. That plaza has lots of food options, Starbucks, KFC, Hokben, lots of cafes, yogurt spots and much more. Theres no mall within walking distance but if you take a taxi it’s a 12-18 minute drive. "
"The staff at the hotel are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We booked a junior suite and yes the room is large and had some welcome snacks for us on arrival the bathroom area was tired. There was one dressing gown and other small bits that let the hotel down. We had an awful trouble with the hotel arranging a transfer from the airport with persistent messages tbat it must be paid up front in to their bank. It all just became stressful and we felt like crimials over a £7 taxi ride. "
