"In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. There was no reception or a proper person to ask about it."

"The ac and fan not working when we arrived. the wall was dirty. they left a dead plant in the apartment. one of the cushions was busted. the closet door only opened halfway - badly designed. tge freezer stink with durian odor left by previous tenant. "We weren’t happy the first couple of days as the toilet in our room was leaking. After a few days of complaining, we finally was moved to a much nicer and bigger room. Overall, the rooms are ok, not very clean, had cockroaches in the rooms and dusty. We could hear the traffic noise too from the 11th floor. The staff are nice and friendly though and service is not too bad. Overall, I think it’s pleasant enough. "
