"From other reviews I was expecting a slightly run down hotel but was impressed and thought it had not lost any of it’s charm from when it first opened in the 1930s. Lovely grandeur, refreshing nice pool in a convenient location between the old medina and more modern part of the town. We took the airport bus and walked about 15-20mins to the hotel. Staff were all polite and let us check in 30mins early. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel."

"It’s very nice for one night 85 dollars was worth it. Facilities, hotel hallway, and swimming pool are clean and easy to access. We checked in very late and did not eat but we got the food at the dining area when it was 10 pm at night. Staffs are also very friendly and helpful. "

The room service button on the phone would dial but the line would always be busy. Same with the front desk button on the phone. It would dial but the line would be busy. Took the elevator down from the 12th floor to ask at the front desk for room service. They apologized profusely and then gave me the 3 digit number to call room...
